Rules of the Forum:
We welcome all stakeholders interested in advancing innovative,
energy-efficient building envelope and windows technologies and
systems. Individuals who choose not to follow these rules will be
sanctioned by the website administrators. We reserve the right to
ban anyone for any reason, and to delete any post for any reason.
If you think someone is in violation of the spirit of the rules
listed here, please notify the Forum administrator via e-mail sent
to administrator@govforums.org.
Do not post personal attacks. Do not post racist, sexist, homophobic,
ethnic, or religious slurs. Do not publicly accuse another member
of this Forum of being disruptive. If you think someone is a disruptor,
notify the administrator. It is both illegal and unethical to copy
entire articles onto the Forum. If you wish to reference an article,
provide a brief excerpt and include a link to the original source.
Excerpts should not exceed three or four paragraphs. Be aware that
copyright violations will be deleted. Please do not embed images
to the Forum. Messages posted on the Forum are the opinions of the
individuals who post them, and do not necessarily represent the
